(62783) NOTICE AND ORDER REFERRING AND SETTING CAUSE FOR HEARING Cause CD No. 128,287 Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Export Petroleum Corporation. Relief Requested: Well Location Exception. In the matter of amending Order No. 277,573, which established 80 acre laydown predominantly gas drilling and spacing units for the Upper Booch, Lower Booch, Hartshorne, Wapa nucka, Cromwell, Hunton, Viola, Wilcox, Upper McLish and Oil Creek common sources of supply within the S 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 23, Township 5 north, Range 9 east, Hughes County, Oklahoma, to allow applicant to drill at an off-pattern location described as the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 NE 1/4, more specifically described as 330 feet from the west line, and 990 feet from the south line of the NE 1/4 of Section 23, Township 5 north, Range 9 east, Hughes County, Okla homa; and, possibly providing that the order be made effective on a date prior to the signing of the order: and, also allowing the applicant or some other party to operate the off-pattern well: and, to designate the off pattern well as the unit well for the S 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 23.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested parties, particularly in Hughes County, Oklahoma; and more particularly Trade Exploration Corpora tion, Murjo Oil and Royalty, Payne Bush, James F. O'Connell, Merlyn Dahlin, and Bell Communications, Inc.

Notice is hereby given that the applicant is requesting that the Corporation Commission enter an order amending Order Number 277,573, which order established 80-acre predominantly gas drilling and spacing units for all common sources of supply enumerated in the caption for the S 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 23-5N-9E, Hughes County, Oklahoma, and which called for the unit well within said S 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 23 to be located at a legal location in the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 at least 330 feet from the unit boundary, to allow applicant to drill an off-pattern well at a location described as the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 23, more specifically described as 330 feet from the west line and 990 feet from the south line of the NE 1/4 of Section 23; same placing said well in the SW NE, rather than the SE NE of said Section 23; and an order designating applicant or some other person as operator of the off-pattern well and designating the off-pattern well as the unit well for the S 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 23; and, allowing the off-pattern well to produce at 100% of its normal allowable. …
