Jamestown Condo Purchased by Trice / Transactions

The condominum suite 250 at Jamestown Executive Center, 3007 NW 63rd St., which contains approximately 2,750 square feet, has been purchased for $185,000 by Baird W. Trice, it was announced Thursday by Swanson & Co. Commercial & Investment Realtors.

Seller of the condominum was BBJ Investment Co., a general partnership which was represented in the transaction by Pat Roebuck, sales associate with Swanson & Co.

Trice was represented in the transaction by Monty Churchill of Churchill-Brown Realtors.

Laurie Mathews of Lawyers Title of Oklahoma City, Inc. served as the closing agent.

- Three new leases were closed at Greenfield Business Park, 6101 W. Reno Ave., by Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services, including one for 12,940 square feet of space leased by Oklahoma Seismic Corp.

The company is in the process of relocating their facilities to Greenfield from 6161 N. May Ave.

Ralph Oldham of Coldwell Banker handled the lease, as well the lease of 7,167 square feet at Greenfield by Geosource, Inc./Petty Ray Geophysical.

The Houston-based firm is relocating their Oklahoma City offices from Citizens Tower, 2200 N. Classen Blvd., as well as expanding its operations.

In addition, Bill Garrett of Coldwell Banker closed the lease for 8,909 square feet at Greenfield.

CIT Financial Services will relocate their Oklahoma City offices to the site from their current location at 710 NW 23rd St.

Trammell Crow leased all three of the Greenfield Business Park offices.

In addition, Hal-Rad Communications of Reno, Nev. has leased 1,520 square feet in Century Center Plaza, 100 W. …
