First Continental Bank and Trust Company, an Oklahoma banking corporation, Plaintiff, vs. Chester C. Judkins, II, dba Judco Housing; Union Bank and Trust Company; Continental Federal Savings and Loan Association; Joe B. Barnes County Treasurer of Oklahoma County; James Lighting, Inc.; Harold C. Cranston and Patrina P. Cranston, husband and wife, Defendants.

Notice is given that on the 8th day of October, 1985, in Room 119 of the County Courthouse of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, at 2 o'clock p.m., the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder all that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

Lot Thirteen (13), Block Two (2), in WINAN'S SECOND ADDITION, an addition to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, together with all improvements, buildings and fixtures located thereon or attached thereto, and all easements, rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging as more fully set forth in said Mortgage with an address of 305 N.W. 22nd, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73101; AND,

Lot Fourteen (14), Block Two (2), in WINAN'S SECOND ADDITION, an addition to Okla homa City, Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, together with all improvements, buildings and fixtures located thereon or attached thereto, and all easements, rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging.

Sale will be made pursuant to an Special Execution and Order of Sale in Foreclosure issued upon a judgment entered on the 18th day of July, 1985, in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-84-1491, wherein First Continental Bank and Trust Company was Plaintiff and Chester C.
