(64959) AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING Cause CD No. 127,613 Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Relief Requested: Drilling and Spacing Units. In the matter of vacating Order No. 19,573 (So. 220) insofar as it pertains to the Simpson (less Oil Creek) common source of supply underlying the SW 1/4 of Section 32; vacating Order No. 20,066 (So. 232) insofar as it pertains to the Hunton Limestone common source of supply underlying the SW 1/4 of Section 32; vacating Order No. 26,757 (So. 585) insofar as it pertains to the Oil Creek common source of supply underlying the SW 1/4 of Section 32; vacating Order No. 205,889 (So. 16,376) insofar as it pertains to the Viola common source of supply underlying the SW 1/4 of Section 32; and establishing 80 acre drilling and spacing units for the: Sycamore, Hunton, Viola, 1st Bromide, 2nd Bromide, 3rd Bromide, Upper McLish, Lower McLish, and Oil Creek common sources of supply, by extending the purview of Order No. 249,888 (So. 19261-62); and Joins common source of supply, by new spacing; underlying the SW 1/4 of Section 32, Township 5 North, Range 3 West, McClain County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All per sons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in McClain County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission: vacate Orders and establish spacing as set out in the special relief paragraph below.
