Applicant: Sohio Petroleum Company. Relief Sought: Pooling. Legal Description: Section 11, Township 9 North, Range 18 West of the IM, Washita County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: An-Son Corporation; El Paso Exploration Company; Pogo Producing Company; Wagner & Brown; Romayne S. Baker; if the above-named individual be deceased, then the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, both immediate and remote, of such deceased individual; if any of the above-named entities which is a corporation is dissolved, then the unknown successors, trustees and assigns, both immediate and remote, of such dissolved corporation; if any of the above-named entities which is an unincorporated association is dissolved or otherwise not in existence, then the unknown successors, trustees and assigns, both immediate and remote, of such unincorporated association; and all other persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons, particularly in Washita County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Sohio Petroleum Company, has filed an Application in this Cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order pooling the interests of oil and gas owners, and adjudicating the rights and equities in connection therewith, in respect to operations for and production of hydrocarbons from the Virgilian, Missourian, Granite Wash, Des Moines, Atoka and Morrow separate common sources of supply in the 640-acre drilling and spacing units established therefor in Section 11, Township 9 North, Range 18 West of the IM, Washita County, Oklahoma. The pooling and adjudication of the rights and equities among such owners in the above-described units and separate common sources of supply are sought pursuant to 52 O.S. Supp. 1984, 87.1. The Application in this Cause states that Applicant has proposed an initial unit well in said Section 11 so as to test the productive possibilities of the above-named separate common sources of supply and developing such separate common sources of supply in the drilling and spacing units involved herein, and that Applicant has been unable to reach an agreement with the owners of drilling rights named as Respondents herein with respect to such operations on the proposed initial unit well and the development of such drilling and spacing units and separate common sources of supply. …
