Wiens and Ethelena Wiens, husband and wife; BMW Investments, an Oklahoma limited partnership; Fed eral Deposit Insurance Corporation, as receiver for Penn Square Bank, N.A.; Forest Lumber Company, an Okla homa corporation; HMI Property management, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation; Tela Associates, Ltd., an Oklahoma limited partnership; Gazette Media, Inc. d/b/a/ Oklahoma Gazette; Myron Woods; Capitol Federal Savings Bank formerly Capitol Federal Savings and Loan Association of Oklahoma City; Central National Bank and Trust Company of Enid; Joe Merhib; Home Manage ment, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe, Defendants.

Notice is given that on the 19th day of November, 1985, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. in Room 119 of the Annex to the Oklahoma County Courthouse, at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auc tion, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate situated in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

The West 65 feet of Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4), Block Nine (9), YOUNG'S ENGLEWOOD ADDITION to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat hereof a/k/a/ 2109 West Park Place

subject to a first mortgage of record payable to Edward John Phillips or Betty Jean Phillips and subject to any unpaid taxes, tax sales, special assessment liens, advancements by plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any.

WHEREAS, I have had said property appraised according to law and order of the Court, said appraisal being in the sum of $50,000.00, less the balance of $16,959.23 due on the first mortgage above described and leaving the appraised value of the interest and equity of the defendants, Darrell G. Wiens and Ethelena Wiens, husband and wife, in the sum of $33,040. …
