(67583) NOTICE OF HEARING Cause CD No. 129,995 Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Fina Oil and Chemical Company. Relief Requested: Exception to General Rules relating to escrow accounts for unclaimed monies under pooling orders.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission enter an order finding that Applicant is "a financially solid and stable holder" under 7-103A O.C.C.-O.G.R.and granting Applicant an exception to the provisions of 7-101 through 7-110 requiring the establishment of an escrow account in a financial institution for funds which are directed to be paid under Commission pooling orders which cannot be paid because the persons entitled thereto cannot be located or are unknown; and further granting such relief effective as of July 1, 1985.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before a Hearing Officer for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. …
