Cellars; Western Farmers Electric Cooperative; William J. O'Connor; Jocelyn Gray, Administration of the Estate of Leta L. Hamrey; Santa Fe Minerals; Raymond A. Williams, Jr.; Benjamin Franklin Whitehill; Howard Joseph Whitehill, Jr., Co-Trustee of the Howard Joseph Whitehill, Jr., Living Trust; Tulsa Boys Home; St. Simeon's Episcopal Home, Inc. and/or Episcopal St. Simeon's Home for the Aged; Salvation Army; Children's Medical Center, Inc.; First National Bank and Trust Company of Tulsa, Trustee of the Testamentary Trust A under the Will of Joseph Bowers; Ruth A. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant requests that the Commission pool the interests and adjudicate the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the 640 acre drilling and spacing unit for the Cottage Grove, Cleveland, Cherokee, Morrow, Hunton, Tonkawa, Chester, Mississippi Solid, Douglas, Big Lime, Oswego, Atoka, Viola, Layton, Simpson, Arbuckle, Waunbaunsee, Shawnee and Checkerboard common source(s) of supply in Section 4, Township 19 North, Range 22 West, Ellis County, Oklahoma, all to be upon such terms and conditions as are just and reasonable and which will afford all of such owners the opportunity to recover or receive without unnecessary expense their just and fair share of all hydrocarbon substances produced therefrom, and that the Commission make definite provisions for the payment of all actual costs and expenses, not to exceed reasonable costs and expenses of drilling and development, including a reasonable charge for supervision. …
