(71107) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Oklahoma City Redevelopment Authority A Public Trust The Oklahoma City Redevelopment Authority (the "Authority"), by and with the consent and approval of the City Council of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, (the "Council") is empowered under the Oklahoma Public Trust Act, Title 60 Oklahoma Statutes 1981, Section 176 et seq., as amended, and Title II, Oklahoma Statutes 1981, Section 40-112 et. seq., as amended, and pursuant to the Trust Indenture creating said Authority, as amended, to issue tax exempt, nonrecourse revenue bonds/notes in order to assist in financing, among other things, the cost of land, buildings, improvements, equipment and other property of every kind and character, whether real, personal or mixed, for the conservation and implementation of the public welfare and the promotion, growth, development and redevelopment of industrial, commercial, retail, residential and public structures and spaces as may be appropriate within designated areas of the City of Oklahoma City, State of Oklahoma.

The Authority has received applications for financing of the following described projects through the issuance of the Authority's revenue note or bond issue or issues: 1. Leonhardt Building Limited Partnership project consisting of the acquisition, rehabilitation, renovation, furnishing and equipping of an existing structure for use as a commercial office facility to be located at the northeast corner of 11th Street and Lee Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The owner of the project shall be Leonhardt Building Limited Partnership. The project loan requested is in an amount not to exceed $2,600,000. 2. Medical Inn Associates Limited Partnership project consisting of the acquisition, rehabilitation, renovation, furnishing and equipping of an existing structure for use as a lodging and housing facility to be located at 1117 Northeast 13th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The owner of the project shall be Medical Inn Associates Limited Partnership. The project loanrequested is in an amount not to exceed $950,000. 3. Stiles Investment Corporation project consisting of the acquisition, rehabilitation, renovation, furnishing and equipping of an existing structure for use as a commercial and office facility to be located at 3017 North Stiles Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. …
