Totally Green plans reverse stock splitTULSA - The board of directors of Totally Green Inc. has approved a 100-for-1 reverse stock split of common stock.Totally Green expects to have 13,725,000 common shares outstanding, with 750 million shares authorized after the split and a conversion of the Tulsa-based organic food waste processing company's Class D preferred securities into 50 percent of fully diluted shares of common stock."The purpose of the split is to raise our trading price which we hope will increase our market visibility and ideally make participation in the potential of Totally Green available to a larger universe of investors," said Shawn Dym, CEO.Totally Green developed the ORCA Green Machine.
