02.25 Transit planning The public is invited at attend a meeting this evening to review and comment on options for transit-oriented development near the Union Station and the Civic Center stations. The program, by Hudson and Associates, is at the Saint Louis Development Corporation, 1520 Market Street, in the second-floor board room, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. with a formal presentation at 6 p.m. Participants will have a chance to answer questions about the plans. 02.25 Dred Scott film The Jefferson National Expansion Memorial will present showings of the short film Dred Scott: Freedom on Trial from 9:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. today at the Gateway Arch. 02.28 Autism information Life Skills will host a panel discussion Thursday on the signs of autism and developmental delays, and discuss the resources available. The free event will be at 6 p.m. at St. Louis Public Radio in Grand Center, 3651 Olive Street. Life Skills, a United Way agency, helps people with developmental disabilities including autism learn, live, work and participate in the community. Life Skills recently merged with TouchPoint Autism Services and now serves more than 4,200 people in 95 counties across Missouri. …
