I WROTE to you earlier this year from Brisbane, Australia and had my letter published. After living here for 48 years, I was looking for four old high school friends from Whalley Range high school. It was a long shot but sometimes the impossible happens!

My sister Margaret and I, both maiden name Wardell, are coming to Manchester on November 10 for the day to do some Christmas shopping and would love to meet up with Cyril. We'd love to hear from him so please get in touch. Ann Wardell, Manchester bonleasheds@aol.co.uk I'M SEEKING contact with the family of William P Allen (born 1848, died 1867) to exchange family records. A family in Australia is related to William through one of his brothers and they would like to know about his parents (their great, grandparents) and his grandparents (their great, grandparents). …
