New super prison could be heading for the north west Just make sure it is a prison and not a lap of luxury please. These people are in there for a reason, not to be treated better then the average working class man does, ie free PlayStations etc.

When they get caught and if they go to prison, they lounge around watching TV, play games etc.

It is Category C security and generally houses inmates who are either close to their release date or are on short sentences. Now, what this means is that most people there have a vested interest in behaving.
