JULIO Diaz is ready to go to war with Amir Khan.

The Mexican has warned his British rival to expect a brawl at Sheffield's Motorpoint Arena on Saturday night.

Two-time world lightweight champion Diaz believes that is his best chance of 'shocking the world' and tempting Khan into the type of mistakes that saw him blasted away by Breidis Prescott and Danny Garcia.

Diaz admits the 26-year-old former double light-welterweight champion is already a better fighter under new trainer Virgil Hunter after honing his defensive skills.

But he is convinced he can coax the street fighter out of Khan and inflict a fourth defeat on the Bolton star's career.

"Every fighter, like myself, has a style that you carry with you from day one," said the 33-yearold.

"You might want to change it, but when push comes to shove and you are in deep waters, your natural instinct is to react and he will react in the moment.
