LIAM Trotter could be a runner for Bolton when resuming their Championship relegation fight against Bournemouth at the Reebok tomorrow.

The on-loan Millwall midfielder is set for a full debut as Dougie Freedman's side bid for a first league double of the campaign.

And Trotter will be anything but a plonker if he delivers on his prematch promise.

"I'm hoping to chip in with a few goals - that is one of my main aims," said the 25-year-old, who has netted 24 times in 138 games for the Lions. "I like to get forward, in and around the box, so I'll be hoping to contribute with a few goals.

"I'm also someone who looks to dominate the game and my opponent.

"I have got a big physical presence, but I like to play and get on the ball."

Size and muscle has been lacking in Wanderers midfield this season, served by little big men - Jay Spearing, Medo and Mark Davies. …
