Sequre Sales 'To Hit Pounds 2.5m' ; Successful Property Firm Planning to Double Staff Numbers.

aPROPERTY firm which helps wealthy investors purchase buy-to-let houses and flats aims to double staff numbers and post sales of Pounds 2.5m by the end of its second year of trading.

Sequre Property Investment was set up in April 2012 by Graham Davidson and Michael Sacks.

It is now handling around 3,000 enquiries a month, ranging from mega-rich Chinese looking to snap up large number of rental properties, to smaller scale British-based buyers.

Since launching, Sequre has delivered Pounds 17m-worth of property deals and is currently achieving a 20 per cent sales increase month on month.

It now has 12 staff working from a 2,500 sq ft base in Sale.

Managing director Mr Davidson is aiming to have 25 staff by April next year. He said: "We are now based at Stafford Court in Sale after outgrowing our first premises.

"This will comfortably hold close to 30 employees so we are looking at recruiting another 10 people at least.

"And we would expect to do that on current performance. …
