The Tuscaloosa City Council will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the council chambers on the second floor of City Hall, 2201 University Blvd. The following items will be on the agenda:

Authorizing utility account credits; total: $3,846.60.

Authorizing sole source purchase of 19 in-car video cameras/ accessories from Kustom Signals Inc. for the Tuscaloosa Police Department; total: $94,145.

Authorizing payment to Uni-Tec Roll Inc. in settlement of claims; total: $225.

Approving request and agreement for water service to Rounders fire line; total: $17,565.66.

Granting permit for Rounders on the Strip to construct water lines for Rounders fire line.

Approving request and agreement for water service to North River Surgical Center fire line; total: $25,802.54.

Granting permit for Borden Ray to construct water lines for North River Surgical Center fire line.

Approving request and agreement for water service to Christian Community Church; total: $14,620.39.

Granting permit for Doug Hollyhand Realty Inc. to construct water lines for Christian Community Church.

Consenting to vacating a portion of Hargrove Road at 2011 Glendale Gardens in the city of Tuscaloosa.

Revoking the business licenses of D&G Grocery at 8113 Old Marion Road, Tuscaloosa.

Rescinding previous resolution approving request and agreement for water service to Rounders on the Strip.

Authorizing payment to Alabama Municipal Insurance Corp.; total: 5,206.01.

Authorizing the mayor to execute a memorandum of agreement with the Alabama Department of Public Safety regarding a federal grant to provide an Internet crimes against children investigator; total: up to $12,500.

Authorizing the mayor to execute grant agreement for Emergency Management Program Grant; total: $81,157.

Authorizing the mayor to execute license agreements between University Mall LLC and the city of Tuscaloosa with regard to a driver training course.

Authorizing the mayor to execute a grant agreement between the Alabama Department of Public Health and the Tuscaloosa County Emergency Management Agency; total: $11,000. …
