The Tuscaloosa County Board of Education took the following action at its meeting Monday:

Approved a contract between Big Sandy Elementary School and Bill Miller Photographers to publish the yearbook.

Approved a contract between the Tuscaloosa County Board of Education and Angela Huffman to provide embroidering services for the auxiliary at Sipsey Valley High School.

Approved a contract between Westwood Elementary School and Burnum- Hahn to provide pest-control services.

Approved a contract between Buhl Elementary School and Burnum- Hahn to provide pest-control services.

Approved a contract between Tuscaloosa County High School and Knox Pest Control to provide pest-control services. Approved a contract between Sipsey Valley High School and Druid City Basketball Officials Association to provide officials for all home games.

Approved a contract between Tuscaloosa County High School and the Arts and Humanities Council of Tuscaloosa to rent the Bama Theatre on Jan. 18, 2014.

Approved a contract between Northside High School and Musical Destinations to provide all travel arrangements for the Northside High School Band trip to Orlando, Fla., on April 2-6, 2014.

Approved two contracts between Northside High School and Tuscaloosa Charter LLC to provide transportation for band and football team to playoff game in either Andalusia or Brewton.

Approved proposal for providing construction materials testing and special inspection services for the activity building at Crestmont Elementary.

Approved a production contract between Brookwood High School and Music Theatre International to perform "Thoroughly Modern Millie."

Approved a contract between Crestmont Elementary School and Knox Pest Control to provide pest-control services.

Approved a contract between Hillcrest High School and Druid City Basketball Officials Association to provide officials for all home games.
