The high school

Franklin Regional Senior High School has a reputation as a high- achieving and relatively safe school. Its most recent state School Performance Profile for 2012-13 shows that it had 1,222 students in grades 9-12 -- 9.57 percent of whom were economically disadvantaged.

Racial makeup

The school is 91.49 percent white, 5.81 percent Asian, 1.23 percent black, 1.15 percent Hispanic and 0.33 percent American Indian/Alaskan Native.

Student performance
