RAFAEL has declared himself fit again after recovering from the groin injury that ruined his pre-season.

The 24-year-old flew back to Manchester after the first pre- season game against LA Galaxy in America and has not featured in the first-team since.

But the Brazilian full-back has revealed he is now back in training.

He wrote on Instagram: "Back in training ready to help."

Ander Herrera and Luke Shaw are also in line to return against QPR at Old Trafford on Sunday.

However, Michael Carrick is still not ready after undergoing ankle surgery while Phil Jones is a doubt after limping out of England's win over Switzerland on Monday night.

Meanwhile, United youngster Nick Powell says he pushed through a loan move to Leicester on deadline day because he's desperate to play in the Premier League.

The 20-year-old started United's Capital One Cup defeat to MK Dons, but was allowed to leave for Leicester on the final day of the transfer window. …
