VIOLA DAVIS HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER Tue Universal 10pm In the gripping opening scenes of this whodunit, a group of hyper- competitive law students fight over what to do with a dead body, setting the stage for a thrilling legal drama.

It's impossible not to be drawn in, as this is followed by flashback scenes showing the students on their first day in class being taught by the high-powered law professor Annalise Keating. By the end of the episode, two characters are already dead.

In one lecture on witnesses, Keating (Viola Davis) asks her class, "Do you know who anyone really is?" Frankly, viewers will be left pondering that question - as well as who is responsible for the dead body - over the next 12 episodes of shocks and surprises.

It's executive produced by Shonda Rhimes, who has also given us Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice and Scandal, and is packed full of her trademark sizzling sex scenes, glamorous characters and tense stand-offs.

All of which tempted two-time Academy Award nominee Viola to take her first TV role. …
