DYNAMIC DUO: Ant New series I'M A CELEBRITY... GET ME OUT OF HERE! Sun-Fri (not Tues) ITV 9pm Let the torture begin! Another bunch of celebs are about to face the craziest three weeks of their lives as they attempt to stomach life in the jungle. The line-up was unconfirmed as we went to press, but rumoured names include Hollyoaks' Gemma Merna, TV presenter Melanie Sykes, TOWIE's Gemma Collins and Katie Price's ex, Alex Reid.

Who will be in tears by night one because of creepy crawlies in their sleeping bag? Who will we love, hate or laugh at? Ant and Dec are back to present the main show, while Laura Whitmore, Rob Beckett and Joe Swash will follow up the action as usual on ITV2's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here Now! (from Sun, ITV2, 10.40pm).

LAURA Christmas, so it's a win-win situation. What's a typical day? Rob: I get to the jungle for midnight and I watch the show for an hour first. L: After the show, we have dinner at 10 in the morning. I'll then watch a movie or have a margarita by the pool and be in bed by 6pm.

Who are you looking forward to seeing? R: I think it's more about the dynamic. You might think someone is going to be amazing, but once they get in there...

L: You need someone who can cook because if nobody can then they're in trouble. You need people to take different roles. Everyone says the boredom is worse than eating weird things in the trials.

J: You need something to do. If you're not doing any trials then you're stuck in that camp all day. And that breeds hatred.

Joe, you were King Of The Jungle in 2008. How did you find it? J: It was like a playground. There were animals I could catch, and dams to be made. I was younger then and I was impressed with everything. I think you just have to embrace it. …
