LOWE: I AM BACK ON A HIGH AGAIN ; NON LEAGUE SPECIAL: Hyde Boss Gary and His Right-Hand Man Have Made an Emotional Return to Tigers.

GARY Lowe knows only too well that it's a lonely world for the out-of-work football manager.

After leading Hyde to the Conference North title in 2012, he could be forgiven for thinking the next gig would be just around the corner.

"You build up a better knowledge of players than perhaps when you're managing," Lowe said.

"I've kept all my contacts and I talk to my pals in management all the time. You just try to keep abreast of everything on the off chance you get in."

Now that they are back in - and back at Hyde - it begs the question: Do they regret leaving? They announced their resignation shortly after clinching the title, with Lowe citing concerns over the playing budget and their contracts. …
