MATCH REACTION CHELSEA 1 CITY 1 FRANK Lampard has warned his old Chelsea pals City will fight them until the end for the league title.

The veteran Blues star conceded the 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge was a better result for Jose Mourinho's league leaders than it was for Manuel Pellegrini's men.

But he also felt City showed the quality and determination that will ensure they push Chelsea all the way - and will help them to capitalise if the Londoners slip up.

"I think on chances, especially in the first, City were the stronger team, and possession-wise in the second half," said the 36- year-old, who won three titles with Chelsea before being released last summer and signing for the Blues.

"They are a very, very experienced team - I went in the dressing room and you have got John Terry, and Didier Drogba and Petr Cech, you can go on - and you have got young hungry players who want to win it. It's the same as our dressing room. Much of a muchness. …
