IAN Henderson insists Rochdale can play their way back into form by relying on their hard work ethic.

Dale have been narrowly beaten by Sheffield United and fellow promotion hopefuls Bristol City in their last two games, but Henderson said there were positives aplenty.

Currently seven points off the top six but with two games in hand on most teams, Dale host Crewe tonight looking to rejoin the play- off race.

"We have to capitalise when playing the teams in and around us now," said Henderson. "We have a couple of home games coming up and we'll do our best in those.

"It's coming to the business end of the season and you see teams who were down there at the beginning fighting their way back out.

"You've got to work incredibly hard as an individual and as a team and that's where our fortune will come from, through hard work. …
