CRAIG Davies faces an uncertain future at Bolton Wanderers after suffering another hamstring injury that could sideline him for the rest of the season.

The 29-year-old Wales international broke down in training only four days after his two goals helped secure a 3-0 win at Cardiff on Easter Monday.

And manager Neil Lennon admits ahead of today's home game with promotion-chasing Norwich that the former City youngster's medical problems could hamper his chances of getting a new deal.

The former Oldham and Chesterfield striker, signed from Barnsley for around Pounds 300,000 in January 2013, has made 18 starts this term and 12 appearances from the bench, scoring seven goals.

"A fit Craig Davies is an asset to me and the club but we have a balancing act to do," said the Bolton boss.

"Would I like to keep him here next season? Yes. Would I like him to play more games? Certainly.

"It is something we will have to sit down and talk about with Craig and his representatives. …
