- CITY are adamant that Yaya Toure will only be allowed to leave on their terms.

Toure's agent Dimitri Seluk claimed this week that the midfielder was '90 per cent' certain to move this summer.

But with two years to run on his Pounds 220,000-aweek contract, City will have the final say on any proposed transfer.

They will wait until the end of the campaign to decide if the 31- year-old figures in their plans next season.

But even if they do determine that his time at the Etihad is up, they will not entertain the prospect of letting him leave for free.

That will be a blow to Inter Milan, who have expressed the most interest, but are unlikely to be able to finance a fee on top of Toure's enormous salary.

Seluk said on Thursday: "It's 90% certain he'll leave City this summer.

'Nothing has been decided - we are waiting until the end of the season. …
