Cleveland Browns (6-4) at Atlanta Falcons (4-6): 1 p.m. ... Amazing to think that, at 4-6, the Falcons are tied for first in the NFC South and, at 6-4, the Browns are tied for last in the AFC North. If the Browns follow their trend, they will bounce back and surprise the Falcons. Prediction: Browns, 28-27

Cincinnati Bengals (6-3-1) at Houston Texans (5-5): 1 p.m. ... The Texans won a big road game in Cleveland last week, but the Bengals won a bigger one in New Orleans. Who would've thought J.J. Watt would have as many TDs (4) as A.J. Green? Prediction: Bengals, 23-20

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-8) at Chicago Bears (4-6): 1 p.m. ... The Bears didn't exactly turn their season around vs. the Vikings. But Tampa is showing signs with WR Mike Evans, the first rookie with at least 7 catches, 100 receiving yards and 2 TDs in three consecutive games. Prediction: Bears, 30-24

Jacksonville Jaguars (1-9) at Indianapolis Colts (6-4): 1 p.m. ... The Colts have to be concerned that, in their past two losses, they gave up 51 points to the Steelers and 42 to the Patriots. They should take out some of their angst on the Jaguars, who have allowed an AFC-high 282. Prediction: Colts, 48-10

Green Bay Packers (7-3) at Minnesota Vikings (4-6): 1 p.m. ... The Packers are the second team in history to score at least 53 points in back-to-back games and have scored 40-plus in four of their past six. One of those was against the Vikings. Prediction: Packers, 35-23

Detroit Lions (7-3) at New England Patriots (8-2): 1 p.m. ... The Patriots are the hottest team in the AFC, if not the NFL. They have won six in a row and outscored the opponent, 136-64, in their past three games. That will test the Lions defense, which has allowed a league-low 156 points. Prediction: Patriots, 27-17

Tennessee Titans (2-8) at Philadelphia Eagles (7-3): 1 p.m. ... After giving up 53 points to the Packers, the Eagles should get a break. Philadelphia has won nine in a row at home and shouldn't panic if it gets behind. The Titans have already blown 25- and 11- point leads in the second half. Prediction: Eagles, 38-20

St. Louis Rams (4-6) at San Diego Chargers (6-4): 4:05 p. …
