4 found dead in home in Florida were shot

Sheriff's investigators say that four people found dead in a Florida home that burned down had been shot.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said Thursday that autopsies were still being completed.

Col. Donna Lusczynski said the father who lived in the home bought a large amount of fireworks and gas cans on Sunday. Authorities say the fire Wednesday was intentionally set.

Lusczynski said it has still not been confirmed the bodies were Darrin Campbell, his wife and their two teens but they have not been accounted for.

The upscale home was rented by the Campbells and owned by retired tennis pro James Blake, who was not involved.

CBS to air voice mail made by woman before slaying * CBS' "48 Hours" this weekend will air parts of a haunting voice mail recorded during the last minutes of a young woman's life as she was murdered, although the victim's mother says she wishes the show wouldn't.

The Saturday-night crime series (9 p.m., St. Louis time) focuses on the 2012 murder of Weight Watchers executive Danielle Thomas by her live-in boyfriend, lawyer Jason Bohn, in New York. During Bohn's trial, it was revealed that Thomas' phone recorded a four-minute message that includes her screams and pleas for her life.

At one point she says, "Jason, I love you," and there are seven seconds of silence except for a barking dog possibly the moment she was strangled.

Ruling changed in Dallas rape case * A 20-year-old man who was convicted of raping a teenage schoolmate but sentenced to five years' probation must also undergo the standard probationary conditions, including evaluation for sex offender treatment, a Dallas district court judge ruled Thursday.

Sir Young pleaded guilty to the attack on a 14-year-old girl at a Dallas high school in 2011.

Judge Jeanine Howard, who sentenced Young last week, did not impose the standard probationary conditions. …
