MANCHESTER CITY COUNCILTEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED) ORDER NO. MCC003808 Notice is hereby given that the City Council has made the following Temporary Road Traffic Order: The City of Manchester (Back George Street and West Mosley Street, City Centre Ward)(Temporary No Waiting No Loading At Any Time and One Way) Order 2015.

The effect of the Order is to prohibit waiting, loading and unloading on the streets specified within Schedule 1. The effect of the order it also make:-Back George Street one way from Nicholas Street to Charlotte Street in that direction and West Mosley Street one way from Spring Gardens to Booth Street in that direction. The alternative routes for traffic will be Charlotte Street, Spring Gardens, Fountain Street, York Street, New York Street, Faulkner Street, Charlotte Street, George Street and Nicholas Street Schedule 1 Back George Street Both-sides Between its junctions with Nicholas Street and Charlotte Street West Mosley Street South-east Between its junctions with Spring Gardens and Booth Street North-west From its junction with Booth Street for a distance of 53 metres in a north easterly direction North-west From a point 60 metres north east of its junction with Booth Street to its junction with Spring Gardens The City Council is satisfied that this prohibition is necessary in order to facilitate associated works in connection with Metrolink works. …
