Better Health and Wellness Class to Resume at UUC

A free introduction to the Better Health and Wellness exercise program will be offered at noon Monday, Aug. 31, at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Charleston. This preventive program, led by certified instructor Lonna Barker, began in 2008. It is designed to be easy on joints but still give the participant a good workout. Choose to sit or stand and work at your level, while building strength and stamina.
