Karaoke Night: Unity of Kanawha Valley, 804 Myrtle Road (corner of Bridge and Myrtle roads), Charleston, will have Karaoke Night starting at 7 p.m. General admission is $2; various coffees, teas, soft drinks and homemade treats are available at a small donation cost. Karaoke Night takes place at Unity of Kanawha Valley on the third Friday of each month. Singles' Dance: The SpeakEasy Singles social group will host a dance from 8 to 11 p.m. at the Beni Kedem Temple on Quarrier Street, Charleston (next to the Charleston Civic Center). Friday Night Jam: The Country Swingers will perform from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Friday Night Jam at the Elk River Community and Education Center, Main Street, Elkview. Kids' Consignment Sale: Christ Church United Methodist, 1221 Quarrier St., Charleston, will host their fall children's consignment sale from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The sale features good- quality infant to juniors' size clothing, shoes, maternity wear, baby equipment, toys, bikes, books and more.
