Acc's Leading Rusher Injures Leg, Exits Early

Florida State running back Dalvin Cook left a game Saturday at Wake Forest early with an injury.

Cook, the ACC's leading rusher, injured his left leg while pulling in a seemingly innocuous 8-yard pass for the No. 11 Seminoles.

He clutched the back of his leg coming off the field and stretched it on a trainer's table on the sideline.

Cook had a 94-yard touchdown run -- the second-longest ever allowed by a Wake Forest team -- the series before. He is fourth nationally averaging 158.7 yards.

Receiver Corey Smith was carted off the field after he appeared to injure his lower right leg in the third quarter of the game at Indiana.
