United Will Edge Derby, but City Look Good for the Double

THERE is a saying in racing circles that all horses look good passing trees!

Wondering what I'm on about? Well that's how I see City going into Sunday's Old Trafford derby. They are not showing the superb form they did at the very beginning of the campaign and scoring all those goals against Newcastle and Bournemouth is no guide at all.

I do believe United will edge it. They looked solid defeating Everton and at the end of the day a 1-1 draw against CSKA Moscow keeps us handily placed for qualification to the Champions League stages so confidence is high.

Having said that the long flight back from Russia won't have helped United's preparations and City did pull off a highly creditable win against Sevilla putting them in second place, like United, in their Champions League group. There will be goals in it on Sunday - and I'm going for a narrow United win. …
