For the second time in school history, Deer Lakes will continue its season in the playoffs. The Lancers (6-3, 5-3) solidified a spot in the Allegheny Conference with a 41-20 win at home against Burrell (4-5, 3-5).

The Lancers broke the game open in the second quarter with the connection of Scott Kelly to Jake Spirnock. Kelly found Spirnock for three consecutive scores.

The No. 2 Lions (9-0) became the fourth team in WPIAL history to complete the regular season undefeated for the fourth consecutive year with a non-conference home win against the Knights (0-9).

Paris Ford caught 10 passes for 121 yards and four scores, helping the Rebels (7-2, 6-2) secure third place in the Century Conference with a win against the Golden Eagles (5-4, 5-3) at Dormont Stadium.
