Watts, Norman a local businessman and a veteran of the U.S. Army, died November 13, 2015, in St. Louis. The cause of death was complications resulting from heart and kidney failure. He was 80. He is survived by his wife, Rozann Hancock Watts, of Ferguson, MO, and two children from his first marriage, Michele Watts Blair (Dan) of Washington, DC, and Joseph Norman Watts (Emily), of Prairie Village, KS. He is also survived by two stepsons, Steve Hancock and Scott Hancock of St. Louis, ten grandsons and a sister, Wanda Lampe, of Springfield, MO. His marriage to the late Noda Watts Hillelson ended in divorce. He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Watts, and a sister, LaVerne Jones, of Tulsa, OK. Mr. Watts spent his entire career at Moog Automotive, where he was regional sales manager for the Midwest based in Kansas City for 25 years before moving to Moog's headquarters in St. …
