Kadeisha Buchanan notched two assists as the No. 4 West Virginia University women's soccer team scored a 4-0 victory over Northwestern in the second round of the NCAA tournament Friday evening in Morgantown. The Mountaineers outshot the Wildcats 22-3, with keeper Hannah Steadman making one stop to earn the shutout.

Buchanan found Amanda Hill in the 14th minute to put WVU on the board and assisted on a goal by Leah Emaus in the 27th minute. Michaela Abam and Kelsie Maloney each added a goal for the Mountaineers (18-2-1) and Heather Kaleiohi tacked on an assist.

WVU will host Loyola Marymount at 1 p.m. Sunday.
