A nanny and a sandwich maker have been arrested and charged with identity theft and public records fraud for allegedly using false identification to obtain New Jersey driver's licenses, authorities said Wednesday.

In unrelated cases, Ali Alsamna, a 30-year-old sandwich maker from Garfield, and Analia Cejas, a 45-year-old nanny from Elmwood Park, were arrested on Monday, according to Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli.

Alsamna and Cejas were arrested after investigations that started in October, when the Prosecutor's Office was notified by representatives of the state Motor Vehicle Commission that facial scrub software had detected their driver's license photographs associated with more than one driver's license each, Molinelli said. …
