A DEFIANT Neil Young insists he will get it right at STOCKPORT COUNTY ahead of today's trip to Corby Town.

The Hatters fell to a 2-1 home defeat by neighbours FC United last Saturday to make it seven games without a win in all competitions.

After a blistering start to the campaign, County now lie eighth in the National League North, eight points adrift of the play-off places.

And they hope for their first win since October as they travel to Corby, who are third-bottom with just four wins so far.

"Our form's been very poor," admitted County manager Young.

"It's about putting our finger on why we've gone from a team which hadn't conceded in six games to one which looks all over the place. It's about getting to the bottom of that."

Young hoped to bring in a new forward in time for today's match, with the County boss looking to complete a loan move for Wrexham's Kayden Jackson. …
