CASE 86

Ms. T and her three children lived in a homeless shelter for months after being forced out of their home by an abusive partner. She recently got a home of their own, but it was burglarized and badly damaged. She has a part-time job and is looking for full-time employment. After such difficult times, Ms. T, 36, wants to give her kids a nice Christmas. She asks for help paying her electric bill, for gift cards to Schnucks and Walmart, and for household items including towels, sheets and comedy movies for the children, ages 14, 11 and 10.
