Nancy Cruzan of Missouri, who sparked a national debate over the "right to die," dies 12 days after her feeding tube is removed. Her case went to the U.S. Supreme Court after her parents sought to have the tube removed. She was in a persistent vegetative state after a 1983 car accident.
