Jets left tackle D'Brickashaw Ferguson recently watched a screening of the movie "Concussion" and he also read the book the movie is based on. On Wednesday, he called the experience "eye- opening."

Ferguson was so galvanized by the movie and book about Dr. Bennet Omalu and his attempt to educate the NFL on the dangers of concussions that he wrote a piece for SI.com. In the piece he said, "After learning all of this, I feel a bit betrayed by the people or committees put in place by the league who did not have my best interests at heart."

Ferguson, a 10-year veteran who hasn't missed a play in his NFL career, clarified Wednesday that he felt most "betrayed" by the fact his first team doctor in the NFL was former Jets doctor Elliot Pellman. Pellman was the former head of the NFL's committee on head injuries. …
