Bridgeville

Steven Romain, 18, of Carnegie, was charged Sunday with fleeing and eluding police, driving under the influence of alcohol, underage drinking, careless driving and minors prohibited from operating a car with alcohol in their systems. The arrest took place, police said, after they saw two cars traveling southbound at a high rate of speed on Washington Avenue and tried to stop them. One vehicle pulled over and that driver will be issued summary traffic citations.

Police found the car Mr. Romain was driving parked on Patterson Avenue.

Mark Morgan, 23, of McDonald, was charged Nov. 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol after, police said, they witnessed him commit traffic violations on Washington Avenue.

Thomas Beeson, 41, of Bridgeville, was charged Nov. 19 with simple assault, resisting arrest and public intoxication on Washington Avenue after, police said, he shouted at and began to fight with them.

Justin Walker, 38, of Bridgeville, was charged Saturday with public intoxication on James Street after he fell over a guide rail and then a hillside, police said.

Carnegie

Jason P. Adamski, 30, of Carnegie, was charged Friday with theft and criminal conspiracy in connection with the Nov. 12 theft of an 8- foot aluminum scaffold and ladder from a house on Seventh Avenue. In the same incident, Kevin J. Keenan, 29, of Carnegie, was charged with receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.

Two 22-year-old men, Andrew Oakes and Daniel Englert, both of Pittsburgh, face charges for shooting paintballs at a business on East Main Street on Saturday. Mr. Oakes is charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief and Mr. Englert is charged with disorderly conduct and paintball transport.

Dominique Randolph, 19, of Carnegie, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct at Carnegie Towers.

Mark A. Weiblinger, 51, of Carnegie, was charged last Thursday with public drunkenness on Patterson Avenue.

James R. Wright Jr. was charged Sunday with maintaining a disorderly location following repeated complaints about his residence on Hulton Street. He was charged earlier that day with disorderly conduct at his home following reports of a domestic disturbance. …
