Kyle O'Quinn got a quick entry into the game Wednesday when Kristaps Porzingis was hit with two early fouls. But after the season began with coach Derek Fisher playing 12 players in the first quarter of games, he has tightened the rotation on most nights.

"I just want us to win," Fisher said. "I don't care if it's five or 10 or 12, just figure out a way to win.

"I think earlier in the season [I was] trying to learn about our players, everybody's strengths and weaknesses, which guys fit together the best. As the season's gone on we've identified groups of guys that work well together that have been impactful. In a game like [Wednesday] we have some guys who played 40 minutes and 30- plus minutes [Tuesday] night it might take 13 guys to win the game. Their job as players is to be ready no matter what the situation is. …
