On the fast track

Norwin grad Callie Bradley, a senior on the Dickinson College women's indoor track team, was named the Most Valuable Track Performer at the Centennial Conference championships, Feb. 28-29. Bradley finished first in the 800-meter run (2 minutes, 18.27 seconds), the 1,500 (4:41.83) and the 3,000 (10:22.52). It was the second year in a row she was named the meet's top track performer.

College basketball

Greensburg Central Catholic grad Cheyenne Noble, a freshman forward at Division III Wentworth Institute of Technology, was named the Commenwealth Conference women's basketball rookie of the year and was also a first-team all-conference pick. Noble led Wentworth (10-14) in scoring (18.8 a game), rebounding (12.3 a game), blocked shots (29) and steals (60).
