MANHATTAN -- Kansas State and Arizona will meet in a home-and- home football series in the 2024 and 2025 seasons, Wildcats athletics director John Currie announced Wednesday.
The battle of the Wildcats starts in Manhattan in 2024 with K- State going to Tuscon in the 2025 season.
"It is important for us to continue to schedule non-conference games with opponents that make sense for K-State," Currie said, "and we feel playing a nationally-recognized program like Arizona is a great opportunity for our program and the entire K-State nation."
K-State will face another Pac-12 Conference opponent to open the 2016 season, playing at Stanford on Sept. 2. The Cardinal will come to Manhattan in 2021.
The Wildcats also have future home-and-home series with SEC members Mississippi State and Vanderbilt. …
