Samantha Rinaldi poured in a game-high 25 points for No. 21 Ridgefield Park, which upset 12th-seeded Paramus Catholic, 56-46, in the first round of the Bergen County girls basketball tournament at Paramus.

The senior guard had four rebounds, two assists and two steals for the Scarlets. She now has 942 career points and helped Ridgefield Park's offense dominate in a pivotal fourth quarter.

Sophomore forward Dorian Capurso had 11 points and 12 rebounds in the win.

IMMACULATE HEART 61, DWIGHT MORROW 21 (at Washington Township): Senior Jordan Wilmoth led the way for the Blue Eagles with 17 points in a first-round victory.

Junior Katie Jones chipped in 15 points for the winners, who improved to 9-4.
