Injured Rojo Flies to Argentina for More Treatment

UNITED'S Marcos Rojo has returned to Argentina to continue his rehabilitation from a dislocated shoulder.

The defender dislocated his left shoulder in training last month and has not played for the Reds since the goalless draw with PSV Eindhoven on November 25.

The left-back was stood in the away end for United's defeat at Stoke in December and the January win over Liverpool at Anfield, however the Argentine Football Association confirmed Rojo has flown out to Buenos Aires for more treatment.

The AFA posted on Twitter: "Marcos Rojo spent yesterday in the grounds of the AFA to continue rehabilitating."

The 25-year-old (right) dislocated the same shoulder in United's derby defeat at City last season, yet he returned within a month.

Rojo's slow recovery this time could force United to sign a full- back in the final few days of the January transfer window. …
