Van Driver 'May Have Information about Death of Joetta'

POLICE are searching for a van driver who could hold key information about the death of Joetta Shumba.

Joetta, 25, passed away after a crash involving a lorry and an Audi on the M62 in the early hours of Sunday, January 24.

Investigators are now trying to identify the driver of a white Transit who they believe is a potential witness.

The van was towing a large box-style trailer which was slightly taller than the Transit itself. The van was seen travelling on the M62 westbound at around 5.15am before coming off the M602 and passing though Eccles interchange. It is possible that the trailer was a fast food outlet, police said.

Joetta, a mum from south Manchester, was a passenger in the Audi. She died a short time later. Her heartbroken family later paid tribute, saying they don't know how they will carry on without her. …
