Clarification

Several readers noticed that ingredients had been omitted from the 7-Ingredient No-Knead Bread in last week's column. Here is the recipe as it should have appeared.

7-INGREDIENT NO-KNEAD BREAD

Combine 1 1/2 cup warm water (about 110 F), 1 packet fast-acting yeast, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 3 cups unbleached flour and 1/4 cup whole wheat flour in a large mixing bowl. Stir to form rough, sticky dough. (See notes.)

Lift dough out and lightly grease the bowl with non-stick spray or olive oil. Return dough to bowl, cover and let rise in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Once dough has risen, lightly sprinkle with flour and transfer to a floured work surface. Knead a few times and then add 1/4 cup each raw pumpkin seeds, raisins and coarsely chopped raw almonds. Knead until just combined, keeping the add-ins on the inside of the loaf as much as possible so they don't get overcooked. (See notes.)
